i imagine i can fix this, but there are still other problems. bits are taking the thing to directories behind it in the hierarchy, but those files almost certainly in the right place with regard to the current location of those files anymore. and plugins.cfg and resources.cfg still point to the default locations, how do i reset these to point to the appropriate place on my computer?ДЇor example, i went to the /usr/local/lib folder and there was certainly no OGRE folder though (as pointed to in the plugins.cfg file). Somehow the compiler doesn't know what libraries to link in. But more importantly, i moved them and it still doesn't work.

In all the mac resources I've read about ogre so far, I've seen those files put in both ~/Library and /Library, so I really don't know how that should all go. Then again, I don't even know if these are the cause of my error. I have the frameworks correctly installed in ~/Library/Frameworks, but I don't know what any of these values mean or what address they should be pointing to. i got SampleApp working on my Mac OS X 10.4.2 In order to run SampleApp, you need to setup resources.cfg and other stuff, but it is on documentations. If you choose this way, you need to make sure to compile SampleApp.cpp or whatever with SDLMain.o.
